Using a uniquely developed "Living Code" system based on 7 areas of life, REAL TIME can help folks develop a BLUEPRINT to measure their current state of living and set goals for change.

ROAD MAPPING is an online follow-up process of evaluation and self-monitoring, using HiRR Counsellor for assistance and support with your BLUEPRINT .

This is a 90 minute initial online assessment of your current situation and relationship history.

1. EATING

Considerations: What are you eating? How are you eating? Do you want to change your eating? Do you know how to change your eating? Are you thinking before you eat or just eating? If you could/should cut 1-2 things out of your diet what would it be?


W (Whatever Eating)

C (Conscious Eating; Not My Food)

2. ALCOHOL

Considerations: Your relationship to alcohol, the amount consumed, the role of alcohol, your reasons for drinking, the consequences of your drinking, a personal quest.



W (Whenever Drinking)

F (Free of Alcohol)

3. SMOKING

Considerations: Smoking anything, this includes drug use both prescribed and non-prescribed, aim for what works for you, harm reduction modality.

4. YOUR SLEEP

Considerations: Your sleeping patterns, your sleeping routines, your rest, your “restedness” when you rise daily.

5. MONEY

Considerations: Your financial wellbeing, your money stress, your level of comfort and stability



M1: BROKE; Can’t pay bills, massive debt.

M3: SURVIVING; Paying bills, some fun stuff, no savings, some debt

M4: THRIVING; Paying bills, some savings, fun stuff, little to no debt

Considerations: Career, Business, Family, Serving Others, Retirement, Achievements, Goals. Think of a CAR ANALOGY when you consider your purpose.


P1: NO CAR; No goals, no purpose, no passion.

P2: GOT A CAR; Goal ideas, inspiration, some drive, still no passion.

P3: CAR STARTED IN NEUTRAL; Goals set, some

plans, supports in place, driven to succeed, need action.

P4: CAR DRIVING IN GEAR; Movement, working, travelling,

some passion, some success OR failure, continued

inspiration or back to drawing board, learning, growth.

P5: CRUISING; 5th gear, successful, passionate, better.

7. Happiness

Considerations: Connections/Relationships with self and others, trouble in love, conflict and strife in family or friends, self-satisfaction, peacefulness, contentedness.


H1: SHIT; Shit F@#! Day, stress, tears, conflict, complaints. No Faith.

H2: BLAH; Not happy, not sad, disconnected with everyone, negativity, needing more Faith.

H3: HAPPY; Life is good, friends/family is good, still disconnected with partner, connected with

fam/soul, no complaints, reasonable negativity, Faith Seeking.

H4: AWESOME; Life is great, no complaints, partner/soul connection, family connections, at

least 1 solid friend. Faith found.

H5: PEACEFUL WARRIOR; Peaceful soul, peaceful partnerships, peaceful family, peaceful faith, an strength from faith to overcome otherwise.
